I’m Lisa Grace, and after over 20 years in the Learning & Development field, I saw one challenge repeat itself: training that just didn’t work. Employees slogged through boring, one-size-fits-all programs that didn’t resonate, while organizations wasted time and resources on initiatives that didn’t deliver results.

I wanted to change that.

My Journey

Over the years, I earned certifications like CPLP from ATD and Kirkpatrick Silver Training Evaluation, honing my ability to plan and measure learner impact. But in corporate environments, even my best ideas were met with resistance. Whether it was re-orgs that sidelined my team or traditional mindsets that prioritized “straightforward” (aka boring) solutions, the challenges were endless.

After being laid off for the second time, I decided to take matters into my own hands. roleplyaz.ai is the result of my passion for transforming learning into something meaningful—into impactful conversations, actions, and decisions. And my belief that AI can finally make it happen.
