• AI Practice: Users role-play with an AI partner to develop their skills.

• Feedback Delivery: Feedback on learner performance is provided via email or a text message linking to a Google document.

2. Payment Terms

• The service operates on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform as designed, specifically for coaching practice.

• Do not use the AI client as a personal assistant or for unrelated tasks.

4. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.
