Known Issues
-
Voice email capture is somewhat clunky. If you’re email address is captured incorrectly, we’ll forward the email to you (without peeking at it) if you’ve registered as a pilot participant with the same email. We are replacing email capture with txt to Google doc, but regulatory requirements and a backlog have prolonged this feature which will be an option for version 1.
-
Because AI is trained at the core to be a helpful assistant, Max sometimes can’t resist the urge to become the coach. If Max starts coaching you, remind Max to stay in the role of the client.
-
You may have to repeat yourself if you find the assistant isn’t responding. We’re trying to teach them to be excellent listeners, but we all need a little help sometimes. It helps to speak in a very audible and firm voice.
